Impact folding principle

借助于縱折三角板，沿紙張的縱向獲得折，活動(dòng)折刀伸出折頁(yè)滾筒沖折紙張，將紙張推兩個(gè)連續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)的折輥4之間，將所折頁(yè)帖壓實(shí)，并傳送到收帖花滾筒。按此原理進(jìn)行折頁(yè)的折頁(yè)裝置稱(chēng)為沖擊式折頁(yè)機(jī)。沖擊式折頁(yè)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，適于高速印刷，但折頁(yè)精度稍低。

已經(jīng)斷切待折的紙張?jiān)谡垌?yè)滾筒2和輸出滾筒1上，由挑針4挑住轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，在對(duì)滾滾筒的連心線(xiàn)上，彈性折刀5將紙張3入滾筒2的空檔中，夾板6和7沿折線(xiàn)將其夾緊，并由滾筒2帶走，折刀從折縫中退出。利用一個(gè)滾筒的折刀和另一個(gè)滾筒的夾板在相對(duì)滾動(dòng)中完成折頁(yè)的裝置稱(chēng)為滾筒式折頁(yè)機(jī)。

The paper that has been cut and ready to be folded is picked up and rotated by the needle 4 on the folding drum 2 and the output drum 1. On the connecting line of the roll opposite drum, the elastic folding knife 5 puts the paper 3 into the neutral position of the drum 2, and the clamping plates 6 and 7 clamp it along the folding line and take it away by the drum 2, and the folding knife exits from the folding seam. 滾動(dòng)式折頁(yè)機(jī)折頁(yè)精度較高，速度快，一般用在卷筒紙書(shū)刊輪轉(zhuǎn)印刷機(jī)上。根據(jù)所完成的折頁(yè)次數(shù)，折帖的類(lèi)型，采用不同數(shù)目的折頁(yè)滾筒和折頁(yè)方案。

刀式折頁(yè)原理

刀式折頁(yè)是采用折刀1將紙張4壓入兩個(gè)相對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)的折頁(yè)輥2之間，再由折頁(yè)輥送出，完成一次折頁(yè)過(guò)程。完成折頁(yè)后的紙張被傳送帶帶走，進(jìn)入二折，第三折。

Knife folding is to use a folding knife 1 to press paper 4 between two relatively rotating folding rolls 2, and then send it out by the folding roll to complete a folding process. The paper after folding is taken away by the conveyor belt and enters the second fold and the third fold.

刀式折頁(yè)具有較高的精度，書(shū)帖折縫壓的實(shí)，由于折刀的運(yùn)動(dòng)慣性，折頁(yè)速度較慢。

柵欄式折頁(yè)原理

由輸頁(yè)裝置送出的印張4，經(jīng)過(guò)兩個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)的折頁(yè)輥2，輸送到折頁(yè)柵欄里，撞到柵欄檔板5時(shí)，印張便被迫彎曲成對(duì)半形折入折頁(yè)輥3中間，完成折折頁(yè)，然后將折過(guò)一折的書(shū)帖到下一個(gè)折頁(yè)柵欄里，用同樣的方法進(jìn)行二、第三折。后被送到收紙臺(tái)，完成一個(gè)書(shū)貼的折疊工作。

The printed sheet 4 sent by the page feeding device is transported to the folding fence through two rotating folding rollers 2. 沖擊式、滾折式、刀式以及柵欄式這四種是常見(jiàn)的折頁(yè)方式，每一種都有各自的特點(diǎn)。實(shí)踐固然重要，但是理論知識(shí)是實(shí)踐的提和基礎(chǔ)，二者不可荒廢其一。
