讓設(shè)備提高開機率才是硬道理，減少印刷機調(diào)機時間可以說是提升印刷機效率的有效的方法之一。試想假如每天每臺印刷機做20個訂單并且每次換單時間在20分鐘，下來就要換單停機浪費高達400分鐘。如果能做到換單只需10分鐘不就就直接節(jié)省了200分鐘時間嗎，這樣做效率直接提升50%！若要想做到這一點就需要我們合理地安排從印刷前準(zhǔn)備到現(xiàn)場調(diào)試、人員分工等一系列工作。

1、準(zhǔn)備印刷機所需要油墨

一般的步驟是領(lǐng)取油墨，檢查油墨的PH值、粘度、色相是否符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。因PH值控制印刷對紙張的吸附力尤其是做網(wǎng)點疊印為突出。假如PH值調(diào)整是前一個紅色PH值設(shè)為9而后面疊印色藍色PH值設(shè)定為8，這樣疊印出來的效果就是藍色蓋不住紅色導(dǎo)致疊印效果就會差。另外粘度也是控制印刷品質(zhì)關(guān)鍵的因素之一，粘度過高會出現(xiàn)印刷不清晰，脫墨等現(xiàn)象，所以一定要檢測。不檢查色相，上墨發(fā)現(xiàn)不對后再清洗油墨就會損失2公斤的油墨，不僅如此還得花費少15分鐘左右停機換墨。查看印刷生產(chǎn)排程后要安排人員去領(lǐng)當(dāng)天需要使用的油墨并放置到現(xiàn)場車間。上機前先攪拌油墨然后上墨循環(huán)生產(chǎn)。

2、準(zhǔn)備印刷機所需要的印刷版

在我們印刷過程中常常出現(xiàn)印刷版上機后發(fā)現(xiàn)印刷版不對或發(fā)現(xiàn)印刷版磨損導(dǎo)致不能印刷情況，從而造成換單停機。每次會導(dǎo)致30分鐘的停機浪費及每次清洗油墨的浪費少也是2-4公斤墨量。那如何來克服此類狀況發(fā)生呢？

在印刷過程中印刷版、油墨都已經(jīng)上機了，卻發(fā)現(xiàn)紙板沒有出來，而導(dǎo)致機器需要換單洗墨，這類事情時而發(fā)生。以下兩點可用來防止類似問題的發(fā)生。

（1）看紙板是否已經(jīng)生產(chǎn)出來，避免印版等掛好卻沒紙板印刷現(xiàn)象。
